I did a gallery dump of a bunch of speedpaints I've done lately as commissions. Speedpaints in the proper term of a piece done in one sitting/as a study/or image which the main goal is to establish the general form. Some of which I'm getting a little more detailed on possibly, but whatever. Still feels very rough.
I'm considering readjusting their prices as I've been getting a lot of assumptions they're a lot more expensive than I charge for them. I like being able to offer nice art for people with more of a budget, but I'd also like to be making the amount my work is worth.
What a lot may think of is a timelapse video, but they're just called speedpaints because that's catchier. I'd like to upload some of my work as timelapse/speedpaint videos at some point, but I need to sort out my harddrive space a bit more... and find cheap/decent editing software.
Life's decent-ish. It's starting to finally cool down from the daily 103 degrees outside.
I’m trying to decide what I want to do. Like, as a project. I do mostly commissions and I think having something for me to work/focus on outside of that would be good for me to keep productive instead of going through burnouts/waiting for commissions to pick up.
